You describe the situation in your language; we deal with the French paperwork.

Is this legal advice? Are you a law firm?

No. We are an administrative concierge, not a law firm or accounting firm. We prepare, organise and follow up your administrative files, but decisions on visas and residency permits are made exclusively by the French authorities, and regulated legal or accounting advice stays with the relevant professionals — we work alongside them.

Which languages do you support?

The platform and our support are available in English and Chinese (Mandarin). All the French-facing work — forms, letters, calls to the administration — is handled by us in French.

A complete review of your file by an expert in immigration procedures: analysis of your situation, personalised recommendations and a list of missing documents, delivered as a written report in your dashboard within 5 business days. It costs 99€, deducted at checkout if you then purchase a Status Change or Passeport Talent dossier.

What does the Passeport Talent pack include?

A full year of support for your installation in France: preparation of the visa application documents, conversion of the visa into a residency permit, coverage of your family (Passeport Talent Famille), social security registration, schooling, insurances and light support for property purchase. Founder options (business plan, company creation and bank account opening) can be added at checkout.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard and remain active until the end of the current period. Yearly packs run for twelve months and are only renewed with your explicit consent — no silent auto-renewal.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Payment is processed securely by our payment provider — we never store your card details.

Are my documents safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your documents are stored in the European Union, access is strictly scoped to your account, sensitive data is encrypted at rest, and sign-in uses passkeys instead of passwords. We comply with GDPR and never sell or share your personal information; your documents are only used for the processes you entrust to us.
